This Australian manufactured and designed precision pH/mV simulator is suitable for the test and measurement of a pH/mV/ORP electrodes' performance. Additionally it will precisely simulate an electrode when connected to a suitable instrument/controller under test. The simulator operates over the typical 0-14 pH or 0-1000 mV measurement ranges in either selectable predefined steps (Calibrate Mode) or as a variable output (Sweep Mode) to test over a range of interest.

This makes an invaluable tool when setting up or troubleshooting an installation.

The DPH-64 features 6 relay outputs with a multitude of configurations possible to make this instrument suitable for almost every installation where pH, ORP, temperature control or timer output is required. As well as the standard relay alarm and control ON/OFF relay activations for dosing, an adaptive proportioning control is provided to minimize overshoot. Further control precision can be had by utilizing the scaleable 4-20mA output to directly control the speed of a dosing pump linked back to the setpoint.
