DPH-64 pH/ORP Controller dual acting

For those stringent applications requiring a dual action controller to control a process within upper and lower boundary conditions, this instrument provides the configuration flexibility with an easy to use menu and setup options. The DPH-64 features 6 relay outputs with a multitude of configurations possible to make this instrument suitable for almost every installation where pH, ORP, temperature control or timer output is required. As well as the standard relay alarm and control ON/OFF relay activations for dosing, an adaptive proportioning control is provided to minimise overshoot. Further control precision can be had by utilising the scaleable 4-20mA output to directly control the speed of a dosing pump linked back to the setpoint. Alternatively, pulse outputs are also available to drive dosing pumps requiring a trigger pulse input. This provides fast reaction to variable dosing demands while minimising reagent usage.

Designed for those applications requiring simultaneous measurement of pH and ORP/mV within a process while providing process control via seperate single dosing outputs for each. The DPH-4 instrument contains two separate pH/ORP controllers facilitating an efficient installation. The two instruments are electrically isolated from one another to ensure reliable performance under all conditions. PMH-2 pH/ORP/mV controller dual acting

For those applications requiring either a single or dual action controller to control a process above or below a setpoint or within an upper and lower boundary, this instrument provides the configuration flexibility with easy to use menu and setup options. The PMH-2 features 2 output relays. Relay1 has switched 240VA and can be configured for up/down dosing in on/off mode, proportional dosing or adaptive proportional dosing. Relay2 has potential free contacts with up/down dosing or configured as an alarm. With this configuration flexibility, it is possible to effect various installation applications where pH or ORP control is required. It is the first in the HOFMANN lineup to provide onboard PT-100 temperature electrode circuitry to easily integrate with combination pH electrodes for accurate automatic temperature compensation.

PTH_MTH-1 pH ORP Transmitter

Designed as a universal front-end amplifier used to measure pH/temperature and ORP(mV). The output signal is transmitted via the industrial standard 4-20mA current signal to a central processor or computer. The pH/ORP electrode connects through a BNC socket and a PT100 or PT1000 temperature sensor can also be connected. The temperature has a low impedance 0-1V voltage output, automatic temperature compensation for pH is also possible with the temp. sensor. Unique circuitry provides complete isolation between the pH/ORP and temperature inputs, the 4-20mA and 0-1V outputs ensuring stable performance. The optional programming board enables the operator to securely calibrate signal input & current output as well as change configurations for temperature and 4-20mA current ranges for numerous installations.

CTH-2-6T Cooling Tower Controller

This instrument has been designed to monitor and maintain the TDS of recirculated water of a buildings cooling tower and simultaneously activates the inhibitor and biocide outputs. An onboard calendar with realtime clock engage with timer functions to perform various required biocide dosings. This provides for a flexible and comprehensive tool to ensure safe operation for the cooling towe installation. The CTH-2 features two independent biocide relays. Each is configured for a start time and duration period as well as a selected day or days. The backlit LCD display shows the measured conductivity ( μS) of the water used in real time and the time left for the selected bio-dosing or lock out delay. Several bleed/inhibitor-dosing configurations are available and selected through the setup program.

PMV-1 ORP/mV controller single action

Designed for simple applications requiring single measurement of ORP/mV within a process while providing process control via a separate single dosing output. The PMV-1 0 to +1000mV input range (as generated from an ORP electrode) will suit most dosing installations and is particularly suitable for chlorine or bromine dosing applications. The relay output can drive a 240V dosing pump or solenoid valve, additional filtering is built into the relay output circuit to minimise interference. As well as the standard relay alarm and control ON/OFF relay activations for dosing, an adaptive proportioning control is provided to minimise overshoot.
